How Le Chéile started
Like many founders, I fell into entrepreneurship by surprise. In 2019, I left my job to search for something that resonated with my values and started consulting with startups.
In that work, I discovered a significant gap in the market: a lack of bespoke strategic and financial support for creative businesses.
My background runs from financial and operational consulting with the nation’s largest health systems to founding and scaling my own agency. I thrive working with creative entrepreneurs to grow their business mindfully and profitably, by building lasting client relationships and identifying aligned clients and profitable offer niches.
But I can’t do it alone. Le Chéile also includes a full bookkeeping and accounting team, so your books stay clean while we focus on strategy. We instill confidence with data-backed tools, and we share insights and strategy through mindful consulting.
Beyond Le Chéile, I do speaking engagements, presentations, podcasts and mentorship. I also run Agency Darlings.
Outside of work, I love to play and travel. I have a Global Studies and Spanish degree from Gettysburg College, and I recently relocated back to my East Coast roots after nearly a decade in San Francisco.
